    Amen to this! Good luck with your phd and your fitness. It’s a tough combination. I held it together the first year, and then…well grad school. I gained nearly30 pounds. Immediately upon graduation I returned to running and exercising. It took almost six months, one marathon, no Starbucks, and daily workouts to return to normal. You can do it!

      Thank you so much! It has been a constant battle trying to fit it all in for over 2 years, I am trying to make more sustainable changes for my last year, fingers crossed!
